What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days from receiving your order. We will work to address the issue to ensure you have the most positive experience with Aura.
Our customer service team will review the request and will send further instructions to address the issue.
Please include the following information in an email to firstname.lastname@example.org:
- Order number
- Proof of purchase
- Video or photo of the faulty product (if applicable)
- Complete delivery address
- Contact telephone number
How do I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your order. Make sure to provide your order number and the modification you would like to make and we’ll confirm once the modification has been made. Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be modified or cancelled.
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.
Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don’t want to renew a subscription you can cancel it.
If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.
